You acknowledge that the products are only rented from Guide & Grow according to the period you chose when checked out: 1 Month = 30 days. The time of rental starts when you receive the goods. The box and all products included in the rental boxes are the property of Guide & Grow. You must return the products to us in good condition as to receive your holding deposit back in full. We reserve the right to withhold part or all of your deposit amount if we deem the products to not be in a good condition for us to reuse again, are broken, missing pieces or generally in a worse condition than sent out. The amount withheld is subject to the extensiveness of the damage and will cover the replacement or repair cost. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our

Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. SECTION 13 – RETURN PROCEDURES

Mumbear will supply you with a paid return label which you will use to return the product to us after your lease term. Failure to return the products within the specified period may result in you not being refunded. All rental boxes MUST be returned within the time frame of lease meaning if it is a 30 day lease the box MUST be returned on the last day of rental to avoid late fees. Boxes that are returned late will incur late fees. You will receive a grace period of 2 days before the late fees will be charged.

SECTION 14 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
